Antonio Simora is employed as the medical director at Safe Harbor Behavioral Health UPMC Hamot in Erie PA. He is also the medical director at Gaudenia Erie, a Residential drug and alcohol treatment facility.
Matthew Behan has accepted a full-time position as Community Psychiatrist and Medical Director at Safe Harbor Behavioral Health in Erie, PA.
Meghan McCarthy plans to remain in Erie and continue her work as a Community Psychiatrist.
John Simora - Dr. Simora is working as a community psychiatrist with Beacon Light in Bradford, PA. He continues to work in both adult and child sectors with an interest in pursuing the interface between physical and mental health and the importance of family involvement.
Current Fellows:
Dean Ann Farris - Dr. Farris works in both the inpatient and outpatient settings and is Medical Director for a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center. She is the physician consultant for the Area Office of Aging for two counties and Mobile Medication Services supervisor for three counties. She also works with a Community Stabilization and Integration Unit, a facility for those dual diagnosed with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Mental illness. She is a board member of the Forest-Warren Mental Wellness Association. Her curriculum included didactics with Western Psychiatric Institute, working with the intellectually disabled and developing inpatient protocol focused on collaborative care.
Andrew Migliaccio - Dr. Andrew Migliaccio received his undergraduate degree in nutrition from the University of Florida and his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. During his residency in psychiatry at Penn, he served as Chief Resident of inpatient services. Dr. Migliaccio has completed additional training with the Indian Health Service in Arizona, an early intervention psychosis program in Philadelphia, the Penn Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, as well as in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. His professional areas of interest are in public psychiatry, recovery-oriented care, prevention, policy/advocacy, gender/sexuality, and addiction. He is currently a fellow in Community Services Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania.

Branden Youngman - Graduated from Penn's program in June 2015 and is currently working at COMHAR Inc. with the outpatient and CIRC programs.C.
Duncan Wright (2008-09) - Retired from psychiatry; now works with the Earth Quaker Action Team.
Christopher Tjoa (2012-13) - ACT team psychiatrist in Philadelphia, since graduation. Dr. Tjoa also works in integrated care (primary care psychiatry).
Holly Valerio (2011-12) - ACT team psychiatrist in Philadelphia since graduation.
Katya Tatarchuk (2013-14) - CMHC psychiatrist, part-time, Philadelphia.
Ruiza Yee (2010) - Dr. Yee is currently Medical Director of The Reading Health System’s ACT Program.
Sheri Hollander (2008-09) - Dr. Hollander has been an ACT team psychiatrist in Delaware County since graduation.

Bita Shaghaghi - Sto Rox Community Health Center, PGH, PA. She will continue her efforts to grow the behavioral health program there. She plans to complete her NHSC commitment of three years in this clinic. (2012-13)
Colleen Bell - Medical Executive Director for Northeast Florida State Hospital (NEFSH) since Aug 2014. In the past year, she implemented an EMAR system with her team, met with local politicians to increase awareness and support for the mentally ill in Florida, and worked with her team to reduce medical spending at the hospital while still providing quality care for our individuals. She started at NEFSH in Sept 2013 and manages all clinical operations for the 613 bed facility. Named one of Jacksonville's "40 under 40" March 2015.
Faith Rowland - Child psychiatrist at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC; serves as the director of the Mood Disorders Clinic. Provides collaborative psychiatric care in a community-located hospital satellite pediatric clinic. (2013)
Jodi Bryk - Montefiore Hospital, UPMC. Creating an Acute Intensive Integrated Care Program for persons with co-occurring physical and mental health issues and high utilizers of care. (2013)
Kevin Carl - Turtle Creek MHMR, Mon Yough MHMR. Providing outpatient and partial hospital care in these two CMHCs. Recently became medical director for CORE, a residential program for criminal offenders with co-occurring disorders. He will be active on CPSP faculty. (2013)
Ken Richmond - Air Force Psychiatrist, Langly Air Force Base, Norfolk, VA. He is recently returned from a posting in Afghanistan, and is to pursuing further leadership training at Quinipiac University. He is planning to eventually return to his native Virgin Islands to help develop BH services there. (2011)
Mandy Garber – Veterans Administration Hospital, Pittsburgh. Allegheny County, PA. She is working here is Allegheny County, but plans to continue involvement with her native Sierra Leone where she hopes to help improve the BH system. (2011)
Melissa Muniz -Mercy Behavioral Health, Inc. Providing child and adolescent services at this community agency in Pittsburgh. Will be active on CPSP faculty. (2013)
Nubia Lluberes - Completed her tenure at Valley Healthcare in September 2015 and started the Forensic fellowship at UPMC on October 2015.
Sharon Kohnen - Family Services of Western PA, St. Margaret’s Medical Center, Family Practice Program, Volunteer Faculty, WPIC. She has been active in teaching primary care physicians about mental health issues and their management. (2009)
Sal Savatta - Forensic Psychiatry, New York City, NY. Dr. Savatta has a mixed public/private practice in Brooklyn and is working in the criminal justice system for the city and state. (2009)
Sourav Sengupta - Combined Child-Adolescent/Public Service Psychiatry Fellowship, WPIC. He has developed integrated BH-PH programs through pediatric practices in the Buffalo area. He is on the faculty of SUNY Buffalo and has a significant role with the training program there. (2012)
